We were assigned Sun Tech from our warranty company. They notified us very quickly and had a tech out ASAP. Upon review, they were able to diagnose and tell us what was needed to make out unit run right. We got the estimate and a couple days later the work was done. The two installers we prompt, courteous and let us know everything that they would be doing. Our repair was done in the timeline that was quoted and our A/C feels like it is brand new. After having Parker & Sons out to do a maintenance on my unit in March – to which they said the unit was working fine – when I turned the AC on a month later it was not cooling. They came back out to diagnose it, telling me nothing was wrong with my unit, that it was an electrical issue. Their electricians came out the next day, and after very little inspection proceed to tell me I need all new breakers, possibly a whole new panel, and made it sound like my panel was going to catch fire. The 2 estimates I receive from Parker & Sons were for $3,200 or $6,900. Much to my shock, I reach out to a family member and get a referral to Copper King Electrical. Cory from Copper King comes out, and after a thorough diagnosis determined that nothing was wrong with my panel, and it was in fact a problem with the AC unit. Cory refers me to Jason Williamson at Sun Tech Air Conditioning.
Jonathan from Sun Tech arrived the same day, checked everything, explaining it all as he worked. A few days later, Jason (the owner) and Abraham from Sun Tech came out, and despite a couple road blocks, got my unit up running in a couple hours. To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement! They did exceptional work in a timely manner, and for a price that was more than fair! It is such a relief to find a company that is proficient at what they do, and most importantly trustworthy! I’m done with the big companies that try to take advantage of customers recommending services that are unnecessary and priced excessively. Do yourself a favor and call them when you are in need of HVAC service!
